Screening Requirements:
Please choose one of the three screening options detailed below:
| Option 1 | Two Recent References:
List the following information for two independent providers you have seen in the last six months:
- Name
- Email address
- Website URL
- Social media Accounts and Links to provider's profiles and Reviews (if applicable)
| Option 2 | Employment Verification:
If you do not have references, please include your employment information as follows:
- Company name
- Position/title
- Your company email address (which must be listed online).
I will ask you to send a blank or simple email from your work address to my discreet and unpublished, vanilla email address.
| Option 3 | P-411 and/Or TNABoard:
Submit a request on P411, provided you have 3 recent okays or at least 3 vouches on TNA.
If applicable, please send me a P.M. through your TNA and/or your P-411 account after letting me know your handle on either site.
This is only for me to feel safe and comfortable meeting for the first time. Your identity is classified information, and it stays between us. If you require I sign an NDA, I will gladly do so. For returning friends there is no need to be screened again.
| Option 4 | Public Screening/Meet & Greet - $300 (Up to 60 Minutes)
For those who do not wish to or are unable to convey their information via e-mail, you may opt for a public screening.
Please be prepared to show at least two forms of current ID (ex. a driver's license and work badge) to be checked and cross-referenced at our meeting whilst we become acquainted over coffee or drinks.
Do Note:
This fee is completely separate from any subsequent bookings we may make following your passing of my screening process.
